Set with the task of remodelling this 100 year old property, positioned in an ideal location north Oxford which back onto the river Windrush.

The work involved a complete remodel on every level of this property with the addition of a garage, storage space, boot room, utility room, and a wraparound single extension to enlarge the kitchen.

Within the grounds we added a new pool and pool house complete with a gym, sauna, and steam room.  To the rear of this, a new green oak framed BBQ for entertaining guests has been created.
